Two bottles Ehlers Estate 2009 One Twenty Over Eighty (750ml): A dense, rich, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon from the loamy benchland soils of our north St. Helena estate vineyard. The wine is plush and juicy with flavors of blackberries, truffles, black plums, torrefaction, toasted coconut, raspberry jam and cocoa.
