Wine Club Terms and Conditions 


By joining the wine club, you hereby  

Authorize the use of your credit card for the automatic Ehlers Estate Wine Club shipments.  The minimum purchase for wine club members is two shipments: One shipment will be made at the time of sign up, and the second shipment will be made the following March.  Club membership automatically renews and must be cancelled in writing either by sending an email to or by mailing your written cancellation to Ehlers Estate, 3222 Ehlers Lane, St. Helena, CA 94574.  You may cancel your membership without penalty after receiving your first two shipments and by providing us with two weeks written notice prior to the shipment date.  Please note that the prices are subject to change after your first allotment and shipment, and the prices for your second allotment and shipment may increase. Undeliverable shipments will be reshipped at the expense of the club member.  

Affirm that you are over 21 years of age and that the recipient for the wines is at least 21 years of age.  

Acknowledge that taxes will be applied in accordance with your local and state laws.  

Membership benefits are contingent upon an active membership account and the member must be in good standing.  

By enrolling in the club, you are authorizing Ehlers Estate Winery to send emails to the email address on file in accordance with the Privacy Policy available online.  We reserve the right to alter the wine club membership benefits and wine club release schedule at any time. We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time with cause.   

This offer is void where prohibited. 


Refund requests on all orders will be accepted within 48 hours of charging the customer’s card on file. If a refund is accepted, the customer will receive a refund for the wines in their order. On returned, intact orders, a restocking fee of $30 will be imposed to cover carrier shipping & handling costs and will be charged to the credit card on file.  Refund requests received by Ehlers after 48 hours of charging the customer’s card on file will not be honored. 


Pick up orders (available to California residents) will be held at the winery for up to 90 days from the billing date each February. After 90 days the orders will be shipped to the address on file at the current standard carrier shipping rates and will be billed to the credit card on file. Club membership special shipping rate benefits do not apply to orders that have not been picked up within the allotted 90-day window.  


The Member is subject to address correction or re-route fees as charged by the shipping carrier. Such fees will be billed to the credit card on file. Re-shipped orders will be charged the current standard carrier shipping rates and will be billed to the credit card on file.   

Government policy requires an adult 21 years of age or older to sign wine order shipments when delivered to a business or residential location. Shipping carriers are not permitted to leave wine orders without obtaining the signature of an adult at least 21 years of age. Shipping carriers have a three (3) attempt delivery policy. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, your wine order shipment will be returned to the warehouse, and Ehlers Estate will charge a $30 restocking fee.  


We reserve the right to delay shipping orders due to adverse weather conditions. To protect the quality of our wines in transit from extreme high or low temperatures, we may delay shipping orders until more moderate weather conditions are forecasted. However, we cannot guarantee ideal shipping conditions will remain in effect during transit once the wines leave our warehouses.  


It is the Member’s responsibility to inform us of any changes to billing address, shipping address, credit card, email address, or phone number prior to wine club releases. Club membership and benefits are not transferrable.
